We also make sure to have an open-door policy for our employees. This way, if they don’t have an answer for a consumer’s problem, someone in management is right there to help them out with it. 

We now have QR codes that our employees can have on them so they can pull up all information about our company and what we do to provide to the clients. The QR codes also allow the consumers to be able to leave us a good review. We believe that this allows them to get as much feedback as possible, so they know what’s working for them and what needs to be fixed. With this in place, we’ve raised our clients’ sales in current territories and moved to new territories to raise sales and brand awareness in new areas. Our plans for the future are to stay consistent with the work we’ve been doing and get better each week/month so we can keep our clients and their consumers happy.
